From the 1st July 2007 new regulations regarding subsidies (grants) from Swedish Municipalities where put into place.
Grants are to be paid by the Swedish Municipalities for students. The grants are administrated through the school and will be deducted when invoicing the school fee. Invoicing will occur at the end of September for the first term and at the end of January for the second term.
To be able to receive the grant from each Municipality the school requires information regarding the student's personal number as well as the registered home address before the 15th of September. The school can not ask for any grant from the Municipalities without these details. Without this information Municipalities grants can not be guaranteed.
Students attending mid term or later will be obliged to give the details as soon as possible for Stockholm International School to be able to ask the Municipalities for grants for the ongoing term.
According to Swedish Law all students from Grades 1 to 12 are entitled to grants. Students in Grades 10 to 12 having diplomatic status from Non European Union countries are not entitled to grants.
Stockholm International School can not be held responsible for any grants from any Municipality in any way.
The grants do not cover the New Enrolment Fee or the Building Fund Fee. It only applies to the Annual School Fee.
The amount of the subsidy relies upon the municipality in which you live. For further information please contact This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it , Head of Admissions.
